The outcome of this workshop is a list of standard VI3 changes, and design decisions for the change processes.

What are the requirements for VI3 with regards to change management:

Specifically consider the requirements that are driven from:

• What corporate standards/policy/processes/team exist for change management (and are they VM-aware?)

• How does change management work on the mainframe and distributed systems?

• What tools are used for (a) ticketing and (b) change compliance (e.g. detecting unauthorized change)

• What enforcement and accountability is in place for change management?

First part of workshop is lead by change management team and talks about the change management processes in place for other platforms like mainframe and distributed systems.

Purpose of this section is to sketch out what VI3 Change Management might look like - discuss:

• Who is responsible for executing VI3 changes?
