The BCDR workshop covers all resilience and recovery features of VI3 to build on the VI3 Requirements Specification by working out which features will be in-scope / out-of-scope, and for those in-scope items, what is required of them and how they integrate into the organization's BCDR processes, teams and tools.
The outcome of this workshop is a list of design decisions and constraints to be worked into the Service Design Document.
